Mission Agreement

By docking at Noctyrix, you agree to these Terms of Service. These protocols bind all explorers within our cosmic domain. Failure to comply requires immediate departure from our space station.

Explorer Requirements

• Minimum age of 18 Earth years or legal majority in your sector
• No prior banishment from Noctyrix space
• Intent to explore for entertainment purposes only
• Compliance with your sector's regulations on Social Casino access

Station Classification

• Noctyrix operates as a free Social Casino entertainment station
• All currency is virtual stardust with zero real-world value
• No mechanism exists to convert virtual credits to real currency
• Entry requires no financial contribution
• Noctyrix is not a gambling establishment

Prohibited Actions

• Attempting to breach station security systems
• Deploying automated drones or bots
• Falsifying identity or age credentials
• Sharing access codes with non-verified explorers
• Disrupting the experience of fellow space travelers
• Attempting to extract or copy station technology

Intellectual Property

All station contents - visuals, audio, code, and game mechanics - belong to Noctyrix and its allied entities. Explorers receive limited permission to access these for entertainment during their visit.

Service Limitations

Noctyrix provides services as available without warranties. Space conditions may affect performance, and continuous service cannot be guaranteed.

Liability Boundaries

Given our free-play nature, Noctyrix bears no liability for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages from station use.

Protocol Updates

These terms may be updated as cosmic conditions change. Continued exploration indicates acceptance of revised protocols.

Access Termination

Mission control reserves authority to revoke access for protocol violations or disruptive behavior.
